Our aim
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA across this website, the online application and the client portal. We review each page against them when we build or change it.
What we have done
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, shows clearly where you are, and starts with a link that skips to the main content.
- Pages use real headings, lists, tables and landmarks, so screen readers can move around them.
- Text and controls meet contrast guidelines, and text can be enlarged up to twice its size without losing content.
- Pages fit a phone held upright without sideways scrolling.
- Photographs have text descriptions. The short video in some page headers has no sound, carries no information and plays only while it is on screen.
- When your device asks for reduced motion, pages appear without movement and the video does not play.
- Every form field has a label. If something needs fixing, the form tells you what and links you to the field.
- The payment estimate works without JavaScript. Its figures are text, not pictures.
- The application saves your answers at each step, so you can take a break and come back.
What we know needs work
- Agreements are signed through an electronic signature service, and some signing screens are made by that service rather than by us.
- Agreements and statements are PDF files. If one is hard for you to use, we will give it to you in another format.

If anything on this website is hard for you to use, contact us through the contact page. Tell us the page and what you were trying to do. We will help you get it done another way, for example by taking your application by phone, and we will work to fix the problem.
