What we text about
With your permission, Rock Solid Financing texts you about the request, application or account you have with us: reminders about documents we need, updates on where your application stands, offers ready to read in your portal, payment reminders, and replies from the person handling your file.
We do not send marketing texts unless you have separately agreed to receive them.
How you agree
You agree to texts by ticking the box that offers them on our application or call-back form, or by asking us to text you. Agreeing is not a condition of any financing, and you can stop at any time.
The box says: “Rock Solid Financing may text me at the mobile number I gave about my request or application. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop or HELP for help. Agreeing is not a condition of any financing.”
How often, and what it costs

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stopping texts
Reply STOP to any text from us to stop all texts to that number. We will confirm with one last text, then send no more. You can also tell us through your portal or the contact page.
To start again, reply START, or ask us. When you stop texts, we keep contacting you about your application or account by email and phone.

What a text from us never does
- Ask for a password, a sign-in code, your full Social Security number, your bank login or an account number.
- Include your documents, credit details or the terms of an offer. A text tells you something is ready; you read it in your portal.
- Link anywhere but rocksolidfinancing.net.
If you receive a text that asks for any of these, do not reply or follow its link. Tell us through the contact page.
Your number and your privacy
Mobile phone numbers and text message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
