Using this website
These terms apply when you use rocksolidfinancing.net, apply online, upload documents or sign in to the client portal. By using them you accept these terms, the privacy policy and, when you deal with us electronically, the electronic communications disclosure. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.
“Rock Solid”, “we” and “us” mean Rock Solid Financing. “You” means the person using the website and, when you act for a business, that business too.
For businesses only
Everything we offer is for businesses. Credit from Rock Solid, or arranged by us with a partner bank or funding source, is for business purposes only and not for personal, family or household use. You must be at least 18 and able to act for the business you name.
Estimates are not offers
The payment estimate, the term table and every figure on this website are estimates to help you plan. They are not an offer, an approval or a commitment to lend. Your real terms depend on our review of the business, the equipment and the information you give, and a partner’s review if we place your request.
An offer is only an offer when we send it to you in writing. Its terms are fixed when it is made, so later changes to our prices do not change it. Financing begins only when the agreement is signed by you and by us or our partner, and any conditions in it are met. Products, rates, fees and terms shown on the website can change, and not every product is available for every business, purchase or state.
Your application
- You may apply only for a business you are authorized to act for, and only with information you are allowed to give us, including information about owners and guarantors.
- The information you give must be true and complete. We rely on it, and we may verify it, as the application explains.
- Tell us if anything important changes before your financing is funded.
- We decide whether to make an offer, and on what terms. We may decline a request or ask for more information.
Your client portal
You sign in to the portal with a one-time link we email you. Anyone who can read your email can use that link, so keep your email account secure, do not forward our sign-in or upload links, and sign out on shared computers. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your portal.
We may suspend access to protect you, the business or our systems, for example after repeated failed attempts or a link sent somewhere it should not be.
Documents you upload
- Upload only documents you have the right to share with us, and only for the request they belong to.
- We accept PDF, JPG, PNG, HEIC or TIFF files of up to 20 MB each. We may refuse a file we cannot open, or one that could harm our systems.
- You keep any rights you have in your documents. You allow us to store, copy and use them to review and service your request, and to share them as the privacy policy explains.
What you may not do
- Give false information, or apply in someone else’s name without their authority.
- Try to reach accounts, applications or documents that are not yours.
- Test, probe or get around the website’s security, or interfere with how it works.
- Upload anything harmful, such as malware.
- Copy the website or its data by automated means, or use it to send messages nobody asked for.
- Use the website against the law or against these terms.
Partners and other websites
Some partners, such as equipment sellers, link to Rock Solid so their customers can apply. When you use a partner’s link or button, what you send comes to Rock Solid, not to the partner, and the partner sees only what the privacy policy allows. A partner bank or funding source that funds a request has its own terms, which it will give you.
Links from this website to other websites are for convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for them.
Our content
The website’s text, design, calculator and software belong to Rock Solid or to those who license them to us. You may view and print pages for your own business’s use. Photographs are used under the licenses listed on the credits page. Our name and logo may not be used without our written permission.
The website as it is
We work to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but we provide it as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors or right for your purposes, and we are not responsible for losses caused by using or not being able to use it. Nothing in these terms limits a right that the law does not allow to be limited, or changes an agreement you sign with us.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law. Any agreement for financing contains its own terms about the law that applies to it and how disputes are resolved, and those terms govern that agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. The version in force when you use the website applies to that use. If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
