Equipment financing
A fixed monthly payment over 12, 24, 26, 48 or 60 months, with the machine as security. Funded by Rock Solid or a partner lender.
The agreement
A personal guarantee is asked for only when the review calls for one. When it is, it is a separate document that you sign separately, so you can see exactly what it covers.
You choose the machine and the seller. Rock Solid, or the partner lender that takes the request, pays the seller, and your business repays in fixed monthly payments over the term you choose.
The machine belongs to the business from the start. It also secures the agreement: the lender records a security interest in it, which is released when the agreement is paid in full.
Before anything is signed, the offer comes to you in writing: the amount financed, the monthly payment, the number of payments, the total of payments, the deposit and the fee. Read it, ask about anything in it, and sign only when it suits the business.

Every term, priced.
Your price and deposit, at every term we offer. Choose a row to make it your term in the estimate.
| Term | Monthly payment | Total of payments | Finance charge |
|---|---|---|---|
| 12 months Your term | $6,107.38 a month | $73,289 | $5,289 |
| 24 months Your term | $3,266.74 a month | $78,402 | $10,402 |

| 60 months Your term | $1,584.28 a month | $95,057 | $27,057 |
The finance charge is the total of payments minus the amount financed. The $295 documentation fee is paid at signing and is not in the payments. The last payment can differ by a few cents for rounding. Estimates only; an offer is made in writing after review.

Start an applicationFair questions
All questionsDo you finance used machines?
Yes, bought from a dealer or from another shop. Tell us the machine, its age and the seller in the application, and attach the quote or bill of sale if you have one. A used machine can be priced or termed differently from a new one; the offer says how, in writing.
What does the estimate include?
The monthly payment, the total of payments and the finance charge for the price, deposit and term you choose, at an illustrative 15% effective annual rate, with the $295 documentation fee paid at signing. It is an estimate, not an offer. Rate and terms are set after review, in writing.
Is the estimate’s rate my rate?
Not necessarily. The estimate uses one illustrative rate for everyone. The rate in an offer follows the review: the business, its bank statements, the owners’ credit and the equipment. It can be higher or lower.
Can I pay early?
Your agreement says what happens if you pay early. Ask before you sign and we will show you in writing.
How is the seller paid?
Once the agreement is signed and any conditions in the offer are met, the seller is paid directly, by Rock Solid or by the partner that funds it. You arrange delivery with the seller.
Can I deduct the machine?
Possibly. Section 179 of the tax code lets many businesses deduct the price of qualifying equipment, bought outright or financed, in the year it is placed in service, up to a yearly limit. Whether it applies, and how much, depends on your business, the agreement and the tax year, so ask your tax adviser; we don’t give tax advice.
